About Bruce F. Ruark
Bruce Ruark spent more than 20 years serving the needs of his clients as a financial professional specializing in insurance and annuities. From 1996 to 2006 he focused his practice on wealth preservation and the financial planning needs of retirees and soon-to-be retirees. Working with seniors, Bruce has gained intimate knowledge of financial issues affecting their lives and the importance of Social Security to their retirement income needs.
As a financial professional, Bruce helped clients identify their financial needs, problems and goals. Using his commonsense approach he was able to help them develop plans to achieve their financial goals and found solutions to issues that might prevent them from doing so.
Before entering the financial services industry, Bruce served three years in the United States Marine Corps. Following military service, he joined his father’s company, International Broadcast Consultants, Inc. and served as vice president of research and development. The company provided consulting services to new start-up radio and television stations, and both wireless and hard-wired cable television systems throughout the United States.
